Dump It Express was built to fix what was missing in the Portland-area junk removal scene — giant national franchises charging franchise prices on one side, a guy with a beat-up pickup who might or might not show up on the other. There was a clean middle missing: a real local crew with a real truck, fair flat-rate pricing, and the discipline to show up on time.
Most of our jobs come from referrals — neighbors who watched us load a couch out of someone's basement and texted a friend later that day. That's the standard we run on: be the crew the neighbor recommends. Quote on the phone, show up on time, leave the floor cleaner than we found it.
We handle full property cleanouts when somebody passes, hoarder hauls that take five trips, hot tub demos in tight backyards, storm-debris pickups the morning after a Pacific Northwest windstorm. Hillsboro is home, and we run trucks daily across all of Washington County and most of the western Multnomah County metro — Beaverton, Tigard, Tualatin, Aloha, Forest Grove, Cornelius, Sherwood, Wilsonville, Lake Oswego, west Portland, and beyond.
